Over the course of two months, I worked as a Visual Design Intern for the Marketing Team at dancker. I was responsible for designing, refining and composing many different projects that are used for internal communications, client proposals, social media campaigns, and much more. Some of my achievements include designing and laying out the proposals for Mars Wrigley, Pantone, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; bringing the Gates Foundation on board as a confirmed client and moving the company onto the waitlist for Mars. Additionally, I worked on creating icons and graphic assets for internal documents used for employee training, client introductions, and for the company's latest acquisition of USBI with 100+ people in Baltimore and Metro DC joining the dancker team. I worked closely with the marketing team as well as the Sales, Leadership, and Design teams to create the most viable and creative solutions for the tasks at hand. With the guidance and support of everyone at dancker, I have learned a great deal about working with clients and creating viable design solutions for their company.
